Hi, I’m James!
- My name is James Evans and I’m an aspiring wildlife and landscape photographer based in the UK.
I have been photographing for as long as I can remember, taking pictures with basic point and shoot cameras with little understanding of technical or artistic aspects. Visiting various countries in my childhood, including Australia and America, gave me a passion for photography, capturing the moments I shared with some incredible animals and landscapes. It was in the summer of 2018 after spending a few weeks in the Canadian Rockies, when I decided I wanted to get more involved in photography so I bought my first bridge camera.
Instantly I fell in love with the photographic world. Capturing landscape views and wild animals in their most spectacular beauty was so rewarding and a feeling like no other. Since then, I have grown a following on Instagram to share my images to the world, giving me the privilege to open up collaboration with prestigious companies including Wild Eye, The International Poaching Foundation and Wildlife Vets International. Nowadays, I always try to get out and about as much as possible, looking for wildlife and unique landscapes around the world. On this website you can view some examples of my favourite images and projects, and I hope that you enjoy them!
