The Farne Islands
The Farne islands are a series of small islands off the Northumberland coast, famous for puffins, seals, and many other interesting species. Boat trips are an absolute must when travelling here, and I chose to land on Staple Island. Staple island is home to huge breeding colonies and nest sites of Shags, Puffins, Guillemots, Fulmar and many more. I absolutely loved this trip and here are some of the photographs I came away with!
